1. The service
Sloose is a data import tool that runs inside Zoho CRM. It maps, matches, validates and writes records from files you supply into your CRM. It is provided as a hosted service; we may update, improve or change it over time, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that remove functionality you rely on.
2. Accounts and access
You sign in with your Zoho account. You are responsible for who in your organisation has access, for keeping API tokens confidential, and for everything done under your organisation's account. Tell us at security@sloose.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Your data
You own the data you import and the configuration you create. You grant us only the rights needed to run the service as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. You are responsible for having the right to import the data you supply and for reviewing a dry run before writing to a production CRM.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Sloose to break the law, to import data you have no right to hold, to probe or overload the service, to reverse-engineer it, or to resell it without a written agreement. Helper libraries you push must not attempt to reach outside the sandbox they run in.
5. Plans, billing and credits
Sloose is listed free on Zoho Marketplace. Paid plans are billed by Dinode through Stripe in US dollars, monthly or annually in advance, at the prices shown at sloose.com/pricing. Plans are sized by CRM users and rows written per month; rows beyond your allowance are billed as overage at the rate on the pricing page. AI assistance consumes credits included in your plan or bought as packs; credits do not expire while your subscription is active and are not refundable. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep Sloose available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is by email at support@sloose.com during Australian business hours. Documentation is at docs.sloose.com.
7. Third-party services
Sloose depends on Zoho CRM, Cloudflare, Stripe and our AI provider. We are not responsible for changes, outages or limits imposed by those services, including Zoho API rate limits that slow an import.
8. Intellectual property
Sloose, its code, design and documentation belong to Dinode. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your data or configuration to us.
9. Warranties and liability
Sloose is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Our total liability to you for any claim in a 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data that a dry run or a backup would have prevented. You will indemnify us against claims arising from data you import in breach of section 3 or 4.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Sloose at any time by disconnecting your organisation or uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment after 14 days' notice, or where required by law. On termination we delete your data on the schedule in the Privacy Policy.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part is unenforceable the rest still applies. We may assign these terms to a successor of the Sloose business. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum are the whole agreement between us unless we sign something else with you.
