What it is for
Real files are messy: a title above the header, totals at the bottom, a company, a contact and a deal on one row, names and addresses in one cell, picklist values spelled five ways. Sloose reads the file, proposes where each column belongs for you to decide, matches rows to the records your CRM already holds, and checks everything before it writes. Zoho CRM today; more CRMs on the way.
Why it exists
A CRM import usually asks you to fix the spreadsheet first, and that is the slow, risky part. Sloose is built so the file can stay as it is and the care goes into the import: you see what it would create or update before anything is written.
Your data
Your files and your CRM's records are yours. What Sloose keeps, who it shares it with and for how long are written out on the security and privacy pages.
What it does not do
Sloose does not do everything, and we say where. The documentation says what each step does and does not do, and the comparison with Zoho CRM's own import says where Zoho's tool is the better choice.
