Pay for what you move, not for who moves it.
Your first organisation starts with a 14-day trial of Business, with 200 AI credits and no card needed. Each person has one trial: an organisation you make after it starts on Free. Every plan includes unlimited Sloose users. Tiers follow the systems you connect, how many runs you make each month, how big one run can be, and which features come with the plan.

- Sloose users
- Everybody in your organisation who signs in to Sloose. Nothing counts them or caps them on any plan, and there is no per-person charge.
- CRM users
- The seats in the CRM you connect: its active users, as Zoho reports them when Sloose reads the CRM. The last row is the size of CRM each plan is priced for. It is a guide, not a cap: if your largest connected CRM is bigger, Usage & credits shows the two numbers side by side and nothing is refused or stopped.
- Connections
- The CRM organisations you connect, one each. A sandbox counts like any other. Adding one past your plan is refused; files you upload are not connections.
- Runs
- A run is counted when it sends its first row, whether or not the CRM then accepts it. A dry run sends nothing, so it never counts, and a free retry of a run's failed rows is not counted as another run.
Prices in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout where it applies. Dry runs never spend the monthly allowance, and on an annual plan the runs and AI credits come afresh each month. Credit packs are billed separately: 500 AI credits for US$25. Enterprise runs are unlimited under fair use. Plans are paid by card by default. If your organisation has to pay by invoice, ask from the Plan page and our billing team will set it up.
